- 11:00 AM - Decor handoff to the Forest House Lodge coordinator.
- 2:00 PM - Guest check-in begins and the bar opens at the lodge.
- 2:30 PM - Pre-ceremony appetizers served in the lodge.
- 3:30 PM - Guests travel to the ceremony site (shuttle service and walking paths available).
- 4:00 PM - Ceremony at Forest House Lodge.
- 5:00 PM - Post-ceremony cocktail hour at the lodge.
- 5:40 PM - Alone time for the newlyweds while guests continue cocktail hour.
- 6:00 PM - Bridal party introductions immediately followed by dinner.
- After dinner - Champagne and sparkling cider toasts.
- Following toasts - Cake cutting beneath the cake arch.
- After cake - Formal dances lead into open dancing and the after party.
- 10:00 PM - Late-night appetizers.
- 2:00 AM - Bar closes for the night.
- 6:00 AM - After party ends and the basement lounge closes.

- 8:00-10:00 AM - Breakfast buffet at the lodge.
- 11:00 AM - Guest checkout and fond farewells.
